As you work through this plan, I will support you and we will explore strategies and techniques that will help you achieve your goals. I offer weekly, bi- weekly, monthly or a combination to fit your needs.

Having a health coach on the line when you need a quick question answered or a little support can be the key to staying on track. Text to Coach allows us to stay in contact throughout the month when you need support or have questions. Use this service on its own or pair with another service for the best support. Pantry Makeover Session
Pantry Makeover Session
A pantry make over is an exciting way to look at what you’re putting in your body and, if needed, find new healthier products to choose from. We will look at the items you currently have in your pantry and then discuss the ingredients, nutrition facts and possibly find some healthy substitution or other brands that would help support your healthy lifestyle. This session will be 45 minutes via zoom.
